I'm Lyndsey

Hey babes,

I’m so glad you’re here

If you’ve found your way to this space, chances are life has asked a lot of you. Maybe you’ve spent years holding everything together for everyone else while quietly losing pieces of yourself along the way. Maybe your body feels tired, your heart feels heavy, or you’ve forgotten what it feels like to truly exhale.

I understand that more than words can explain.

There was a season in my life where everything shattered. Within two months, I lost both my daughter and my father. Grief changed me. Trauma changed me. There were moments I didn’t recognize myself anymore — moments where surviving was all I could do

And yet… slowly, gently, piece by piece, I found my way back

Not by forcing healing.
Not by pretending I was okay.
But by learning how to soften. To listen to my body. To honor my nervous system. To allow myself to be held, supported, and witnessed in the places I once hid.

That journey became the foundation of this work.

Today, I hold space for women who are carrying more than they were ever meant to carry alone. Through somatic healing, sound therapy, nervous system support, retreats, and sacred connection, I help women come home to themselves —

safely, gently, and at their own pace.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me soaking up lake life, shopping with my built in besties aka (my four daughters) , planning extended stays I Hawaii or the next girls trip with friends. My daughters are my everything they truly are my best friends. And through all of life’s seasons, I’ve been blessed to share this journey with my high school sweetheart by my side.

This space was created from lived experience. From grief. From rebuilding. From learning that healing doesn’t mean becoming someone new — it means returning to who you were before the world asked you to harden

So whether you arrive here exhausted, hopeful, grieving, curious, overwhelmed, or simply longing to feel like yourself again…

You are welcome here.

You do not need to have it all figured out. You do not need to be perfectly healed. You do not need to carry it alone anymore. I hold the space while you do your healing .

Xoxox,
Lyndsey B
